修改host解决最近微软数字激活服务器不稳定问题

在host里面加入124.108.22.138 licensing.mp.microsoft.com
这个是日本的微软验证服务器 我的移动网测试可以实现数字激活
大陆默认的是去新加坡的服务器 最近新加坡服务器一直有问题 我移动网去日本服务器就可以正常激活了

大佬牛逼，我也是移动宽带，重装系统一直激活不了，又安装了win10专业版、LTSC2021、win11专业版，都激活不了，最后确定是微软激活服务器的问题，但我也解决不了，按你的方法试了一下，激活成功。
