Unlimited times without changing the machine (on the same hardware). If you change the motherboard (hardware change), OEM license becomes invalid.
It's no problem to activate 10 ~ 20 time by phone activation with changing the machine / hardware change. Some users on the internet success do it on their test with 10 machine, still have 50 machine to go. There is no definite number on how many activations can be made.
to check your key type, go to command prompt and type ‘slmgr.vbs /dli’ hit enter.
and to uninstall, go to command prompt and type ‘slmgr /upk’ hit enter.
