笔记本上自带office365的机子如何查看内置序列号？

现在很多笔记本都自带win10和office365的正版，有时候客户重装之后无法激活office365，
请问有什么办法可以查看笔记本自带的win10序列号和office365的序列号呢？

Windows licenses are usually OEM ,
and the office accounts 1 year valid

the windows key should be in BIOS and activate after install automatically
